The Cielo Young Apprentice program is a 12-month paid apprenticeship program for young adults ages 18 to 24. The program provides participants with on-the-job training in the environmental field, as well as classroom instruction and leadership development opportunities.
Apprentices are placed with one of our partner organizations, where they will work full-time for 12 months. During their apprenticeship, they will receive a monthly stipend, as well as health insurance and other benefits.
In addition to their on-the-job training, apprentices will also participate in weekly classroom instruction and leadership development activities. These activities will help them develop the skills they need to succeed in their careers.
Upon successful completion of the program, apprentices will receive a certificate of completion and will be eligible for full-time employment with our partner organizations.
