- Request your new RG
First you must schedule the renewal of your ID through the responsible body in your state (in Sao Paulo the scheduling can be done by Poupatempo).
Now go to a security unit or identification institute (where you have made your old RG versions).
Once you arrive at the site, you must present your documents (RG, CPF and Birth Certificate).
Do not forget to take at least one updated photo document. And you will also need to have your CPF regularized.
Be aware of official requests for issuing your new document. When you complete all the steps, just wait for your new RG to issue.
