✅ Confirm your data: Code will be sent to your registered email. Enter this code in the application to confirm your identity. Then you should create a 6 to 8 digit numerical password to use whenever you access the app.

✅ See your balance: Ready! After completing these steps, you will have full access to application features. You can now consult your FGTS balance, check extracts, track deposits and more, all using your CPF just.

How to consult FGTS through WhatsApp?

In addition to appointment via application, it will also be possible to check your FGTS using WhatsApp (Android or iPhone). Just add to your contacts the number 0800 104 0104, which is the official channel of Caixa for service. By sending a message, you can ask questions, consult your balance, track the withdrawal calendar and get other FGTS information.

FGTS Consultation by SMS

If you prefer, you can also track your FGTS by SMS. Caixa offers a notification service that warns whenever there is movement in your account. To activate, go to your profile in the FGTS application and register your mobile number. Remember that when choosing to receive notifications from SMS, you stop receiving the printed extract at your residence.

How to know if I have money in the CPF box?

Want to find out if there is any value available for withdrawal in the box? The safest form is using the bank's official channels. You can access this information through the FGTS application (Android or iOS) after login and look for the “FGTS balance” option. If you prefer, you can also consult through the Caixa website, using your PIS/Pasep number to create a registration and password.
