Everything you need to know

1

Employment training

Public employment services in each region offer free courses, in-person or online. Some award the Certificate of Profesionalidad, an official qualification valid throughout Spain.

Places are limited and there is a selection process.

2

FUNDAE: courses for workers

FUNDAE has a search tool for subsidized courses, all free, run by authorized centers. They are mainly aimed at people who are working.

You can filter by sector, format, and province.

3

Google online courses

Google offers free online courses with a Google certificate upon passing the exam.

The old Google Actívate has been discontinued. Today courses are available on Skillshop and Grow with Google.

4

How to protect yourself

Many websites with "SEPE courses" in the name are not government-run. Official addresses end in sepe.es, fundae.es, or your region's government domain.

No official course asks for a credit card or payment to enroll.

Official source: enrollment is always done on the official website of each program. This guide only explains how they work.
