Everything you need to know
Federica: courses at the University of Naples
Federica is the online course platform of the University of Naples Federico II. The courses are free and many offer a certificate of participation.
The certificate will be issued as a PDF when you meet the course requirements.
EduOpen: a network of universities
EduOpen brings together dozens of Italian universities. There are hundreds of free courses, with free certificates of participation.
Pay attention to the dates: each course has a deadline for completion.
GOL Program: Training for work
GOL is a program of the Ministry of Labor, implemented regionally. Those who are unemployed or receiving NASpI (Social Action for the Promotion of Inclusion) can take training courses through the Employment Center.
The 2026 offer varies from region to region. Check with your local Employment Center.
What is the certificate worth?
The certificate of participation from online courses helps on your resume, but it has no legal value and does not provide university credits.
For a recognized qualification, the path is through regional training, such as GOL.
