The goal of 3MTT
According to its official website, 3MTT is part of the Renewed Hope agenda and aims to build Nigeria's technical talent base and position the country as a talent exporter.
He works with educational institutions, partners, and companies that hire graduates.
Phases
The first phase began in December 2023 with 30,000 fellows across all 36 states and the FCT. The website says that phases 1 and 2 aim to empower 300,000 young Nigerians.

What is the training like?
In the first phase, the fellows took online courses at their own pace and participated in in-person applied learning sessions with over 120 partner organizations.
Most of it can be done remotely, but some parts require in-person attendance.
Costs
There is no fee for fellows at this stage. The only financial support is for the cost of training; transportation, food, and other expenses are the responsibility of each participant.
