The TESDA Online Program (TOP) is a web platform with free online courses for technical education and skills development for Filipino workers. You study at your own pace and in your own time.

There are no monthly fees. Upon completing a course, you receive a Certificate of Completion and can then take an in-person assessment for National Certification.

What is TOP?

According to TESDA, TOP uses information and communication technologies to bring technical education and skills development to more people at a lower cost.

It is administered by TESDA, the Philippine government agency for technical education.

In addition to fully online courses, TESDA mentions hybrid learning through MRTOP, offered by TESDA Technology Institutions.
