TESDA courses are free, but you need an account first. Choose a guide above and get started the right way. 👆

The TESDA Online Program (TOP) is a web platform with free online courses for the technical education and skills development of Filipino workers. You study at your own pace, on your own time.

There are no monthly fees. When you finish a course, you receive a Certificate of Completion, and you can then take an in-person assessment for the National Certification.

What is TOP

According to TESDA, TOP uses information and communication technologies to bring technical education and skills development to more people at a lower cost.

It is run by TESDA, the Philippine government agency for technical education.

Blended learning

In addition to fully online courses, TESDA mentions blended learning through MRTOP, offered by the TESDA Technology Institutions.

Many sectors

Courses are grouped by sector, such as agriculture, construction, electrical and electronics, 21st-century skills, tourism, entrepreneurship, health, ICT, automotive and maritime.

Choose the sector closest to the work you want to do.

The TOP website has a link to an app, so you can study on your phone.
