Requirements to Participate in the Program

1 – High School – in progress or completed. For candidates who wish to be part of the program, this is the main requirement.

2 – Studying Technical and/or Professional Education. Courses can make it easier for Santander to hire you, especially if it is a course that can be used in the performance of functions at the Bank.

3 – Age: 16 to 22 years (maximum age does not apply for candidates with disabilities). Candidates aged 16 and over can apply for the Santander Young Apprentice program in 2021.

4 – Not having worked as a Young Apprentice in another organization. The program aims to provide opportunities for those looking for their first job.

5 – Availability to work 6 hours a day (morning and afternoon, Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm). Since this is a job for young apprentices, the working day is only 4 hours. This way, the employee can continue studying during the remaining hours of the day.
