Requirements to Participate in the Program
As with all services that are part of the Santander Young Apprentice program, interested parties must meet certain requirements that are part of the selection process, the main ones being:
1 - High School - currently enrolled or completed . For candidates wishing to participate in the program, this is the main requirement.
2 – Currently enrolled in Technical and/or Vocational Education . These courses can facilitate hiring by Santander, especially if it's a course that can be used in performing duties at the Bank.
3 – Age: 16 to 22 years old (maximum age does not apply to candidates with disabilities) . From the age of 16, the candidate can register for the Young Apprentice program at Santander in 2021.
4 – Not having worked as a Young Apprentice in another organization . The program aims to provide opportunities for those seeking their first job.
5 – Availability to work 6 hours a day (morning and afternoon, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 3 pm) . Since this is a job for a young apprentice, the workday is only 4 hours. This way, the employee can continue studying during the remaining hours of the day.
Benefits of the Santander Young Apprentice Program 2021
Employees participating in the 2021 Santander Young Apprentice program are entitled to the following benefits:

Furthermore, the employee's starting salary is R$ 1,100.00 per month. It's worth noting that the employee has a 2-year contract with Santander bank.
