How does the Ambev Young Apprentice program work in 2022?
The project is divided into two parts, theoretical learning and practical learning, where the young person has to complete a 1-2 year course. They have to work 6 hours a day for 5 working days a week.
Of these 5 days, 4 will be used for the young person to learn the practical content, and the remaining day will be used for the young person to learn the theoretical part, which works as follows:
All of this is established in accordance with the Apprenticeship Law No. 10.097/2000.
Practical learning
The young Ambev apprentice will be under the responsibility of the manager in charge of the area. This manager will assign the new employee their tasks and instructions on how to perform them. As the young person gains experience and becomes accustomed to their tasks and the workings of the market, they may be assigned new tasks, and so on.
Depending on the young person's performance at the company, he or she can climb the ladder and even secure a permanent position, which is the dream of many. But to achieve this, the young person will have to work hard, be dedicated, and show that they are truly committed to the company.
It is also the manager's responsibility to make an effort to keep the young person as aligned as possible. Therefore, the same people should give monthly feedback to the young people, so that they know how they are doing in the company.
Theoretical learning
The young Ambev apprentice must attend the company's partner organization (which will be identified during the interview), where they will learn about the job market and all its challenges and characteristics, in addition to:
- How to manage your finances correctly.
- Labor laws.
- How to behave in the market.
- What the market expects from workers.
- The importance of social inclusion programs.
- The importance of respecting your professional and personal ethics.
- How to work profitably as a team.
- How to react in sensitive situations within the company.
- How to dress appropriately for work.
- Training for speeches and work presentations.
- To guide the professional towards the right path.
- Learn about the most important areas of a company and their functions.
To help young people find themselves professionally and to find a course of study for college.
In other words, the course serves to prepare young people for the job market! But why? Well, there are many young people in Brazil who find themselves in risky, precarious, criminal situations, etc.
It was with this in mind that the apprenticeship law was created, so that companies already established in the market are obliged to "save" these young people so that they have a more promising and dignified future.
Companies also benefit, as they are guaranteed to have qualified professionals to work for them in the future. It is, therefore, beneficial for everyone!
Now you just have to wait to be contacted by Ambev's Human Resources department to continue the selection process. Good luck!
