What is Brahma Brewery?

Cervejaria Brahma is a Brazilian brewery founded in 1888. The company is headquartered in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Cervejaria Brahma is a subsidiary of Anheuser-Busch InBev, the largest brewery in the world.

Cervejaria Brahma produces a variety of beer brands, including Brahma, Chopp Brahma and Antártica.

The Brahma Jovem Aprendiz Program is a training program for young adults aged 18 to 24 who are interested in learning about the beer industry.

The program lasts six months and provides participants with hands-on experience in all aspects of brewing, from recipe development to quality control.

Participants also have the opportunity to learn about the business side of brewing, including marketing and sales. Upon completion of the program, participants will be able to apply for jobs at Bra breweries around the world.

The history of the Brahma brewery

It dates back to 1864, when it was founded by English immigrants in Rio de Janeiro. In its early years, the brewery produced beer for the local market.

However, by the end of the 19th century, Brahma had become one of Brazil's leading beer exporters. Today, the company is owned by AB InBev and produces a variety of beers, including its flagship Brahma beer.

Brahma Brewery also offers internship programs for young people interested in a career in brewing.

Program Details

The Brahma program is an intensive 12-month training program that offers participants the opportunity to learn about all aspects of the brewing process, from grain to glass.

The program is designed for individuals interested in a career in the brewing industry and provides them with the skills and knowledge needed to be successful.

Participants will receive hands-on training in all facets of brewery operations, including brewing, packaging, quality control and laboratory work.

Additionally, they will also have the opportunity to learn about beer styles and history, as well as participate in sensory analysis training. Upon completion of the program, participants will have a solid foundation on which to build their career in the beer industry.

Who is eligible for the program?

The program is open to individuals ages 14-24 who are currently enrolled in high school (including homeschooled students). There are no restrictions on the type of institution you attend, or whether you are studying full-time or part-time.

What are the requirements for the program?
