Many teenagers would like to have the opportunity to start their careers in the commercial market in a large company. For this reason, the Havan Young Apprentice Program can be considered as a chance to start in the best possible way.
One of the challenges for young people in the job market is finding a first job opportunity that respects the fact that they are a developing person and encourages them to continue their studies and professional development, as well as guaranteeing labor and social security rights.
This is why Apprenticeship Programs, such as the Young Apprentice Program, were created and supported by law.
But, far beyond fulfilling mandatory quotas, they are an efficient way to contribute as a solution to a current challenging scenario for young people and promote the development of the workforce in Brazil. We talked in this post about the social impact of the program on the lives of young people.
