Many teenagers would like the opportunity to start their careers in the commercial market at a large company. For this reason, the Havan Young Apprentice Program can be considered a great way to get started.
One of the challenges for young people in the job market is finding a first job opportunity that respects their development and encourages them to continue their studies and professional development, as well as guaranteeing their labor and social security rights.
That is why apprenticeship programs, such as the Young Apprentice Program, were created and supported by law.
But, far beyond simply fulfilling mandatory quotas, they are an efficient way to contribute as a solution to the current challenging scenario for young people and to promote the evolution of the workforce in Brazil. We discussed the social impact of the program on the lives of young people in this post.
